What is the Model of 12?

The model of 12 is based on the way Jesus decided to carry out His ministry. Basically a model of 12 or Faith 12 is a group consisting of a leader and 12 followers, (disciples). Each one of these disciples are faith group leaders.

Jesus as Our Role Model

Jesus is our example because He chose 12 people to work closely with Him as He ministered. Wherever Jesus went, multitudes followed Him and He healed them, but even though Jesus ministered to the multitudes, He always ministered to His disciples separately and gave them personal instruction. It was Jesus' stategy to reproduce the character of God in His disciples.
